Item(s) will be shipped depending on your purchase, using these methods below:

UK:

Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 Working days but we have a maximum 14 WORKING DAY policy so please allow the maximum dispatch window to pass before contacting us to query the order. You should expect to receive your

order within:
standard delivery: 3-5 working days after dispatch , orders are sent by 2nd class recorded delivery .

International orders will be sent via royal mail 2nd class delivery. UK and EU orders can be tracked, ROW (Rest of world) do not include tracking.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

 You have 14 Calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased. To be eligible for a return, your item must have an error, e.g. stitching coming loose etc. and proof of damage should be attached to an email to our support team. Your item also has to have a receipt/proof of purchase. Incorrect sizing will not be refunded if out of original packaging, so please select carefully!​

 

All exchange(s) and refund(s) must be authorised by Diverted Route Ltd.  The cost of sending item(s) for refund or exchange is the responsibility of the customer. We at Diverted Route Ltd reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund on item(s) deemed un-sellable , All returned item(s) must be unwashed, unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Items that are returned altered or damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Diverted Route Ltd, PO Box 17618, Birmingham, B35 9EB. Original shipping fees are none refundable. If you would like an exchange, it can only be to the value of your original order. Any differences in price will be refunded. If you have chosen to refund, the reimbursement will be issued back to the original method of payment within 3-5 days of receiving your items.

 Sale items are non-refundable.
